It is important to note that Birla Niyaara Phase-1 is currently mortgaged with Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, representing ICICI Bank Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) or permission from the mortgagee for the sale of flats or property will be provided if necessary. The Birla Niyaara project encompasses an integrated development over 14 acres and is being executed in phases, with Phase-1 and Phase-2 being integral components of this development.
